    I'm 63 and I love the MFPsite. With the right group you get lots of encouragement and suggestions. Welcome!

    :drinker: (that is water, water, water) You need plenty of water flushing out the impurities, and at least 2tsp good oil (I use EVOO) for lubrication. This of course is my opinion from what I have personally learned over the past three years with Weight Watchers, my doctors and just hands on learning.

    We aren't getting older we are getting better - like fine bottles of wine.

    Im 31 , but Id much rather talk to and get advice from you all! My Mom is 62 , but lives in a different state.:frown: Sometimes people my age are very immature and want to flirt on here etc. Im married and wouldnt like it if my husband would flirt on a forum. :noway:
