IDon;t put mayo in my tuna. I use vinegar instead.

I use vinegar when I have salad cream, It makes less salad cream go further .... If that makes sense.

Anyways I have it either with salad, or with a jacket potato :)

I drain it, put it in a bowl and mix a bit of sweet chilli sauce in with it. Protein-y goodness. Oh, and I only have canned tuna in fresh water. No brine or oils.

    Tuna Pasta Salad

1 cup of whole wheat pasta (usually rotini or fusilli)
    Diced Green Pepper
    Diced Red Onion
    1 Tablespoon of light mayo
    1 Can of flaked tuna

It is soooo good! And around 300 cals (this recipe makes 2 servings, lunch for me and my man lol) In fact it's my lunch today!

i mix it with corn and put it in a pitta bread (no mayo).
If you don't like that idea then throw the can at a passing skinny person!

Lately I've been eating a lot of solid white albacore with a tbsp of lemonaise and some diced onions. I mix it up really well and then eat it with some 34 degree multigrain crackers. Nine of them are only 35 cals!

mmmm yummy, I love tuna. Try this:
1 white pitta bread (already baked)
    Half can of tuna
    1 table spoon, light mayo
25 gram of grated light cheddar
    4 slices of fresh tomato
    1/2 cup of lettuce
    Black pepper and salt

    Open pita all the way
Mix tuna and may and put on side of open pita
    spinkle finley grated cheese
Put this under the grill to melt

Now finish off with lettuce and tomato on top
Season to taste and close pitta

ENJOY! for under 300 cal

I chop up a cucumber and/or a tomato and add some salsa (505 Southwestern Organic Green Chili Sauce is my FAVORITE). Then I just mix it all up and eat it with a fork.

I LOVE doing this with my canned tuna:

    Add:

1 Tbsp of Low-Fat Mayo with Olive Oil
Small handful of Sunflower Kernels (Unsalted)
    1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

Mix it all together and eat with about 10 Sea Salt Pita Chips (Trader Joe's), eat it by itself OR eat on a piece of toasted multigrain bread.

    Great snack or meal! :)
