I made this the other night and it was so good. I tweaked it some to make enough for the whole family and I used a can of corn, a can of black beans, and a can of Tex Mex diced tomatoes. I will definitely be making this again.

oh my goodness this was amazing.

I made it vegetarian by using Morningstar crumbles. I also added a can of (drained/rinsed) black beans, and some corn. I used habenero cheese for some extra spice as well.

Thank you for this recipe. Definitely going to be making it again.
