      good one on calling me out on that one...i should have said "if a 300 pound person comes in here wondering if a 1200 calorie diet is a great way to start they need to be told to TALK TO THEIR DOCTOR OR NUTRITIONIST and not take recommendations from people on a website that are not aware of their personal health history until they on the proper track for weight loss..."

      i'll back down from that one, go to the appointed corner for folks that need to watch every little word they say here with dave and wait for the duct tape to be removed from his mouth...

      who wants the honors of peeling off the duct tape? :smile: i'll put it on youtube!:laugh:

      I have not chimed in at all. I am not sure what Dave said that was so disturbing, but I have found him to be encouraging in a frank sort of way. He really does mean well, but I guess some ppl like the fakey stuff better. I personally want to hear the truth, and know who I am speaking with. I dont befriend a lot of ppl with fake avs because of this. Of course I am old and not internet savvy, so I prolly dont realize I could put a pic of Cheryl Tiegs up!

      Anyway, I just ate a cookie.
