Wed: 895 calories burned (3 Leslie miles with weights and a WW dvd 40 mins plus or cardio)
Thur: 422 calories burned (45 min ellen barrett power fusion, 20 min ww weight training 10 min ab workout)

Sat:799 (walking- at speed training (mind you my fast is everyone else's crawl plus walking around city of utrecht- parked car on outskirts and legged my trip instead of parking nearby)
Sun: 403 calories burned (interval walk)

I do not anticipate getting 743 calories more in as now have to make bread, do laundry, clean out coat closet and my office cabinet- but if I do get a chance I will do some abs and perhaps upper body weights (nothing lower body my knee and ankle are already protesting) I will update if possible- the question lingers is that better than last week- I hope so but will check!!0 -

Darn it - that is 1 calorie worse than last week- ok then I WILL get in some weight training and maybe an easy dance dvd- that will only give me 150 calories or so but still then will be better than last week!!0 -
