I didn't make it to 3500 (had a fever two of the days), but I'm very pleased with what I did accomplish this week! The scale moved, the tape measure is my friend and I didn't starve or over indulge. Writing this one of as a success... thank you for challenge.0 -

Weekly Goal: 3500 (one of these weeks it will happen! As long as I reach 2800 or more it will be an improvement ! :-))
Mon: Scheduled rest day (how they were burned)
Tues: 228 ( ellen barrett grace with gusto pilates)
Wed: 895 calories burned (3 Leslie miles with weights and a WW dvd 40 mins plus or cardio)
Thur: 422 calories burned (45 min ellen barrett power fusion, 20 min ww weight training 10 min ab workout)
Fri: Scheduled Rest Day(how they were burned)
Sat:799 (walking- at speed training (mind you my fast is everyone else's crawl plus walking around city of utrecht- parked car on outskirts and legged my trip instead of parking nearby)
Sun: 616 calories burned (interval walk 60 min plus carrying boxes up to attic and out to garage, lots and lots of closet cleaning)
Total: 2960
Left to go: 530
