Certain foods drive me nuts. If I think about something I want but can't have.. I'll just get myself into a hunger fit.

Stress usually triggers it. Especially if I'm beyond mad.

Amen! Cleaning up after perfectly capable people is frustrating enough to drive you to eat!

The number one culprit for me is depression. I suffer from major depression, and when the bouts are bad, so is the desire to eat.

Grocery shopping or checking out the latest recipes in a magazine just prior to meals doesn't promote an 'undesire' to eat either...

Lately, it's been my scented candles. The sweet ones or the ones that smell like food get me drooling, especially when I'm on my fast period.

Exactly what you just wrote triggers me to reach for the chocolate. Also, if I am stressed about something coming up. I need to just write down what it is I am feeling and then write in capital letters next to it, "FOOD WILL NOT MAKE THIS ISSUE GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!"
