    Congrats! You look amazing! As an OT I'm also super ecstatic for your recovery and hope you go visit the therapists you worked with. We always love to see our patients come back.....to visit and let us know how they are doing! :-)

    Good job, girl! Your post is just what I needed today! It's so encouraging to see what counting calories and exercise will do. I've not done well yet in the exercise department, but you give me the encouragement to do better in that area! God bless you as you move toward your goal!
