Why Batman is not a super hero

Alright this one "Called me out" (being a huge fan of the Dark Knight) LOL... If you got with this arguement you have to rule out non "meta human" heros such as
* the green lanterns (already noted)
* Elektra
* DareDevil
* The Punisher
* Green Arrow
and a whole host of others.. Why if Batman is NOT a superhero .. is he the ONLY member of the Justice league of America that is NOT metahuman ?
Oh come on. Are you going to say Taskmaster isn't a super villain? DareDevil is a BLIND superhero. I don't know how I can reiterate that and make it sound more "super human".
As for Frank Castle... he is a vigilante, I don't know how many consider him a superhero- I never did.
BUT Daredevil is was just a blind "normal joe" that worked and worked and worked on his other sharpening his other senses.. How is that any different than Bruce Waynes martial art skills , deductive reasoning and other mental prowess gained through intense training ...

I would've never caught myself defending Mr Lame DareDevil; however, he has SUPER senses. I don't know how many blind people you know that can move like he does, or take down TaskMaster ALONE. Not even The Avengers could take down Taskmaster.... Deadpool can, but that's a different story.
As for the JLA portion, I don't answer stupid questions. Lmao, just kidding, I just really have to pull something outta my butt to answer this.0 -

Batman is kinda the money bags of Justice League... I don't recall him being issued a lot, but that's just because I'm not a huge fan of DC comics in the first place. I have seen his movies though, and he always stays back and never ventures with the rest of them.0

The technology has to modify his physiology to make him a superhero. Batman carries gadgets and is very technology suave; however, nothing alters him.0 -
By the true definition he is not a Superhero...really he is just a vigilante. That being said, in a lot of people's eyes he is the true superhero because even without super powers he saves the day! LOL

Love it. Batman would tear Superman apart, but that's not debatable- it's already happened and even Superman admitted it. Superman is badass too and one of the most symbolic characters in any comic; however, Batman's got this.

like i said earlier - he and Lex are on par for intelligence. it's been foreshadowed in real canon (and was canon in Smallville, if you like that pretty drivvel) that Lex's intelligence is Meta. it can be argued that Bruce's is too.
plus, you can't tell me that his level of -pardon the pun- batsh!t crazy obsession isn't Meta of some variety.0 -

The character Sheldon on Big Bang Theory said that to be Batman he would only need more capital funding.
Think of Batman like most characters in Watchmen. They are not "magical" but they are at an extreme of ability.0
