    I'm not a fan of animal print... but the #1 dress looks fantastic on you! It really shows off your curves in a very flattering way.

    Second choice would be #4.... the other two just don't seem to give you justice.

    #3 is the only one that can remotely be considered semi-formal (and it's not really). I would not recommend anything animal print for a semi-formal work function.

    (but they do all look good on you!)

    Dress 1 is the most slimming and you really suit it, dress 2 I would have to say I do not like at all as it makes you look a little top heavy. Dresses 3 and 4 are both equally nice and will not date. Enjoy your conference.
