    I let my self fall off too much this past year so I have to get back to those high numbers like I had this time last year!!! All I have to do is look at the tables to see how much my numbers have damn near disappeared. No more!!!!

    2/10 Thank goodness it's finally Friday :)

    for last night at the gym on the Elliptical, I did 3.76 which gives me a total for the month at 30.759. Taking today off but will be back on Saturday.

    2/6 - 2.75 miles: 2 miles stairmaster + .75 swim (+ racquetball)
    2/7 - 7 miles: 2 stairmaster, 4 eliptical, 1 swim (+weights)
    2/8 - 3.5 miles: 2 stairmaster, 1 treadmill 15 incline-all directions, .5 swim (+ racquetball)
