Finally had to get a new ticker. Tickerfactory.com stopped working for me. So just wanted to put my latest numbers up as of yesterday.

Like other people, I'm having issues with tickerfactory.com site...but as of this morning, I'm at 136.39 miles (150 target). Hopefully can get a ticker back up before long...but I am confident I'll hit goal this month....0

I usually don't run two days in a row, but I was feeling great this morning, so I decided to go out for a run instead of just walking... We had 3 inches of snow during the night (we weren't suppose to have any :noway: ) and it was beautiful outside. So I decided to increase my mileage again this morning and try to hit 4.5 miles; I could tell that my pace and my speed were perfect, I wasn't tired and was running at a steady pace of 5.5 miles, everything was going great... and then.... my right calf started to hurt... I continued running, but the pain was getting worst, so I had to stop running and walk... I was so mad!!!! :explode: So I walked the 2.15 miles that separated me from home... :grumble: This also means no running at least for tomorrow, and probably not Saturday... :sad:

You can still update your ticker on ticker factory by adding your mileage. Once done, click on Next button to go the BB code page; you'll get that "session halted" message. Come back here, go to your last post where you paste your BBcode, and copy/paste the URL address in your new post. Your ticker will appear with your updated mileage.
That's what I've been doing all week, and it works great.0 -
