    Just back from walking the dog 4.5 miles: 23F air temp, 20 mph wind, big flakes of snow coming down! It was beautiful and invigorating!

    gehlerc, that is our weather forcast for the weekend!! We have had an awesome winter (hardly any snow & above normal temps:happy: ).

    I got in 2 miles on the elliptical & 3 miles on my bike.

    We've got 11 people who reached or smashed their February goal and there's another dozen getting there. Our new total is 3,700 miles, a little over the challenge average of 3.660 mi/month.

    I made some leisurely progress cycling this warm afternoon. Tomorrow is a holiday, I'll try to get up early and go running in the morning.

  • Yesterday and today I burned 362 calories and rode 15.85 miles on my stationary bike. I am very tired and wondering if I should do it again tomorrow or rest.

    Two nice runs this weekend. One in Burgo de Osma along a small river with the castle ruins on the hills above and then the run this evening from home through Retiro Park in the unbelievably warm weather (18 C!!!). Still a couple of days in the month - I am going for an all time high!!
