    A quarter of the way. Considering that I do other exercises, I will say that is good.

    Needed to easy my mind this morning, so I thought it was a good morning to start covering a bit more mileage. My goal was 3.5 miles, but I did 3.77. And I ran all of it at a pace going from 4.0 to 8.8 m/h!
    And I was finally able to ran that 40% hill all the way up!!!

    Added another 3.3 mile walk last night. I'm moving right along. Maybe I under-estimated my ability. :bigsmile:
