    TickerFactory seems to be working again.

    4.25 more miles today: 2 miles walking the dog, 2.25 on the treadmill (including W2D1 C25K). I'm loving C25K so far; it really takes the intimidation factor out of returning to running for me.

    Yes gehlerc I am feeling better, still fighting sinus crap but the achey hurting body is much better!!!
    I did 3 miles on the elliptical, 3 miles on the bike and a half hour of weights!! Hubby did too!:happy:
