this month has been a bust...between the stomach flu and a cold it seems i have been sick all month...i have only logging in a few workouts(i think 3, maybe 4)....and i am so stress with my move and finding a new place that i am eating like crazy(not a good thing).....i am going to regroup and concentrate on healthy eating and getting better, then on my move...will workout when i can....0

Goal for Month: 50
Had a really good 5K this weekend. Beat last years course time by 44 seconds. Picked a very good pace for having just ran a marathon a couple weeks ago. Nothing hurt! I've been worried about some initial post-marathon pains I'd had in the right side of my right foot. Looks like the bod is recovered and I'm ready to start working on toning it up and some faster running speeds. I'm sick of endurance-haha. Hooray!0 -

2/5 - 4 miles: 3 jog/mostly walk intervals on treadmill + 1 swim (+ weights)
2/6 - 2.75 miles: 2 miles stairmaster + .75 swim (+ racquetball)
2/7 - 7 miles: 2 stairmaster, 4 eliptical, 1 swim (+weights)
2/8 - 3.5 miles: 2 stairmaster, 1 treadmill 15 incline-all directions, .5 swim (+ racquetball)
2/9 -5.5 miles : 2.5 cto5k, 2 stairmaster, 1 swim (+weights)
2/10 - 2.6 miles: 1.6 stairmaster, 1 swim (+racquetball)
2/11 - 0
2/12 - 3.5 miles : 2.5 Cto5k, 1 swim (+weights)

Ran/walked 7 miles today which brings me at 42 of 120 miles for February. This Is one hectic month, we already rolled over to part 2. :bigsmile:0

8.91 today in a mix of elliptical, cycling, and treadmill over two sessions.
57.289 down and 7.289 over my original goal.
Will need to set my goal higher in March if we are doing it again. 50 miles just seemed like so much at the start of the month, but once I started realizing how much you actually walk when you walk on a treadmill or ride on a stationary bike, it's not as scary a thing as it once was. I'm glad that I did this challenge because it's opened my eyes to what I'm really being able to accomplish ... even beyond the weight loss ... I guess this is what they call one of those NSVs.0 -
