We've got 11 people who reached or smashed their February goal and there's another dozen getting there. Our new total is 3,700 miles, a little over the challenge average of 3.660 mi/month.
I made some leisurely progress cycling this warm afternoon. Tomorrow is a holiday, I'll try to get up early and go running in the morning.

2/7 - 7 miles: 2 stairmaster, 4 eliptical, 1 swim (+weights)
2/8 - 3.5 miles: 2 stairmaster, 1 treadmill 15 incline-all directions, .5 swim (+ racquetball)
2/9 -5.5 miles : 2.5 cto5k, 2 stairmaster, 1 swim (+weights)
2/10 - 2.6 miles: 1.6 stairmaster, 1 swim (+racquetball)

2/12 - 3.5 miles : 2.5 Cto5k, 1 swim (+weights)

Yesterday and today I burned 362 calories and rode 15.85 miles on my stationary bike. I am very tired and wondering if I should do it again tomorrow or rest.0

3 miles for me today along with weightlifting! 2.5 of those miles was jog/fast walk while pulling my 5 yr old on the sled! He was trying to see how many rocks he could grab that were still visible out of the snow while I ran past. Gosh, I was starting to feel the extra weight and asked him if we could dump them in a rut, he was ok with that! The other .5 mile was just walking!
It was 13* with wind so we were bundled up but I worked up a good sweat!
