    Biked 10 miles this morning in the rain which brings my total to 100.3 miles.
    They're forecasting snowfall on the mountains surrounding Athens. No big deal compared to the Midwest, but it's still cold. Today is the first day of the Orthodox Lent, traditionally the start of a 40 day fast to Easter. I'm not a religious person, however it seems like a good opportunity to stay away from the meat and eat healthier.

    @Carlton: you ran 16.5 miles today ? Are you for real?
    @ VHuber: Pulling a sled with your kid and assorted rocks in the snow? No wonder your back hurts
    @Coni: Invigorating is some understatement

    Bad Monday this morning, so I decided to increase my mileage...

    I did it !!! :happy:

    I ran 5.12 miles, my first 5 miles!!!! It was -15C, but I feel SOOOO good!
    Took my one hour, but I did it !! I'm so proud of myself!

    Yeah, I felt pretty good for most of it. The weather was perfect. I got a little extra motivation to finish strong before sunset across the lake.

    If anyone had told me a few years ago that I would be able to run 100 miles in a month at the age of 55 I would not have believed it. I love this challenge! Thanks so much Dinos and all you other @ss movers.

    Thanks @dinos & @gehlerc. :drinker: It's a great feeling! I'll now be working on my speed to reach my next goal : 10 miles! Took me 4 months to run 5, so I hope to be able to run 10 for July. We will see.

    1.3 miles walked, 4.8 miles run (with a couple little walking intervals). I want to do a 4.5 mile race next month, and wanted to see if my ankle could handle it. It can. Gimme race day endorphins, a Rock Star, and some competition, and I'll kick that race's *kitten*!
