I have only completed 1 mile in the last 2 weeks. :frown: I am so disappointed in myself. I don't think I will be hitting my target this month, and I was doing so good!

A little 2.6 mile run this evening in 18 degrees C! What a pleasure. Let's see how long this weather will last! I am also at my best mileage in a month!

    Congratulations Denise !! :drinker: :drinker:

Motivated by speedyf's example, I went to the track determined to run for an hour. I was 45 mins, 4 miles into the run when it started snowing. In fact the snow was falling so thick that I chickened out :frown::sad: .... and to think that I could have gone the full hour w/o any problem :grumble: Cluuuck

Gee... I never thought somebody would be inspired by me one day. :blushing:

But you were right to stop running.. I would never run in the snow without my grippers. I definitely second your wise decision!

I walked my 5.12 miles today, my ankles were a bit sore, so I didn't want to run. But I'll be running my 5 miles again tomorrow, and if everything goes well, I will reach my goal!!! Can hardly believe this!!! :indifferent:
