Girls- Longest Gone W/O TOM?

I have PCOS too and TOM is 29-30 days as long as I am under 140 pounds (and I have none of the symptoms if I keep my weight lower.) Anything over that and it starts going further apart. I'm not on any kind of birth control though (my husband has a vasectomy.)
When I was trying to get pregnant with my kids, I was pretty chunky and my LH and FSH levels were jacked and sometimes it was like 100 days apart.
But if you are exercising hard or lost a lot of body fat, that can make it go away too. What if you add some healthy fats? Nuts, avocado, etc?0
