    I've heard if you're going to cry, look into a light. It stops tears. Not sure if it works though!

    I worked for a man that was ridiculous. Would yell at people at group meetings in front of all their peers. When my turn rolled around I wouldn't even listen to him. I just blankly stared and repeated F**k you - over and over again until he was finished talking. I have since found a new job :smile:
