8 Foods You Should Eat Every Day

1. Spinach/Kale or romaine lettuce--I probably eat one of these 5 days of week. I love to add kale or spinach to a smoothie.
2. Yogurt - label must specify "live active cultures"--probably should eat more yogurt, I go through phases with it. Sometimes I eat it every day, other times maybe 1-2 times a week.
3. Tomatoes--only eat them in season, though I do eat a lot of canned tomatoes (NOT jarred sauce)
4. Black beans/Pinto or kidney beans--probably 4 servings a week
5. Carrots/Pumpkin, sweet potatoes--probably 4 servings a week
6. Blueberries--maybe 3 times a week; trying to raise that!
7. Walnuts (raw) /Almonds (raw) --daily for sure!
8. Oats--about 4-5 days a week0
