    I'm IN! No dairy for 21 days, cheese is one of my biggest weaknesses and it's HUGELY caloric. Dun dun dunnnnn.

    I will give up all candy and sweet snack foods. I have not had any chocolate for 11 days but I have found myself over indulging on other sweets, so this will make me accountable and should keep me on track!! Thanks!!

    I am picking the hardest possible thing for me to fast from. ALL white foods, White rice, White pasta, White bread. And I absolutely hate the taste of whole grains so its gonna be a hard one!
    I tried to market this diet with a friend, calling it Kill Whitey. But it never caught on.

    Ok, I want to work on my sugar intake, so I want to limit non fruit sugars and keep them under daily intake, cos I always go over! (and that wont mean upping my fruits either!)

    This is from tomorrow right? Cos its 11am and I'm already over my sugar!

    I agree salt is hard...how do you eliminate it in prepared foods? Do you believe salt makes you gain weight?

    Going over your sodium can cause water retention and yes its not good for you!
