Btw there is an iPhone app available for $1.99...it's very basic but I still find it handy. Recommended if you don't mind dropping a couple bucks.0

I'm doing Week 1 Day 2 when I get home tonight...its strange because my arms felt fine yesterday after doing Day 1 the day before...but today they are extremely sore.0

to be honest, while I didn't know the group was there, I've more or less given up on the group function on here, as it's not very user friendly (you have to check the group for new threads, no notifications), so I think I'll probably stick to the thread. :-)0
