    i might do this. i do 60 a day right now, but i have found that my form stinks. would rather do the proper form and actually see improvement.

    Did Week 1 Day 1 yesterday...not as tough as I thought it would be but I think it will be a good pace for me.

    Btw there is an iPhone app available for $1.99...it's very basic but I still find it handy. Recommended if you don't mind dropping a couple bucks.

    I'm starting to think I should have done column 2 as I'm finding column 1 a bit too easy. But I suspect next week and the week after might be harder!

    I'm doing Week 1 Day 2 when I get home tonight...its strange because my arms felt fine yesterday after doing Day 1 the day before...but today they are extremely sore.

    I am can do a good 50 pushups... and the next day is, well, painful.. LOL

    Well done. I know what you mean. I jumped in a day early too. I figured it wasn't achey so no harm. But when the reps pick up in week2 , I'll be a good girl and take my days off.

    to be honest, while I didn't know the group was there, I've more or less given up on the group function on here, as it's not very user friendly (you have to check the group for new threads, no notifications), so I think I'll probably stick to the thread. :-)
