Ok week5 and still have the goal of 3500 - Looking at my schedule for the week this will be a bigger challenge than ever
I have 3 birthday parties, plus a work outing plus dinner with friends and our wine tasting group is scheduled to get together!!! I did get up early one day last week to exercide but considering I already get up between 5:15 and 5:20 this is not a real option for me!
Weekly Goal: 3500
Mon:Scheduled rest day (and my knees and ankles need these!)
Tues: 336 calories burned (low impact dvd)
Wed: 685 calories burned (failed zumba attempt + 3 leslie miles)
Thur: 561calories burned ( Leslie and Jillian)
Fri: Scheduled Rest day
Sat: 385 calories burned (3 mile walk)
