I'm 5' 4". I started at 150 and put my goal at 130. I am 5 lb away and I could definitely stand to lose more than that. It's been so long since I've been this low, so I was afraid to make my goal too large and then not hit it. Maybe I will change my goal to125!!

I'm 5'4 and 44 years old. I have been up to 160lbs (my heaviest in 2011) my goal is to make 135lb (18 more lbs to go) which is on the higher side of the "healthy" range. I think the low side is about 115lbs... I haven't seen that since my teen years!

    This web site : http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi
    says this: Results:
According to your height of 5' 4" your ideal healthy weight is 130 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 116 and 145 pounds.

This was calculated using Hamwi formula, a simple formula commonly used by many clinicians.:flowerforyou:

I'm 5'3.5 and my current weight is somewhere around 132. I have a "large frame" according to past dieticians, so anything under 130 is hard for me to maintain without under-eating (which I did for 5+ years). I'm really focusing on building muscle and losing body fat, and looking better naked ;)

You do not look like you have a large frame!!

    I'm 5'4" and currently maintaining around 70kg (155/156ish).
I'm wearing Aussie size 10/12 pants (US size 6/8) and am feeling ok here.
I wouldn't mind losing a few more kilos, but I'm not desperate to get thinner - maintaining my weight loss and getting stronger and faster are my current goals.

I'm 5' 3" and my current goal is to be around 130. I've read for my height and age I should be around 120 for a healthy BMI but I would be happy to just loose inches around my waist, hips and thighs. I'm currently 150 and feeling a little stuck. I haven't noticed any change in two weeks.

I'm 5'4"... just reached my goal at 125lbs. I am very happy where I'm at - but need to continue to build muscle and tone up. I might try to drop another 5 lbs - but we'll see. At this point, it's more about toning and gaining strength than dropping lbs. for me. Best of luck to you! You CAN do it.

    5'4 here.

I am more concerned with measurements, I would like to be back at my ideal which was 34-28 (I measure at bellybutton) - 36.

I need to have curves, I live for curves, not fat. I think I'd be happy somewhere between 135-145. I'll see how I feel at 145, then 142, then 140 and lastly if needed at 135.

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 150... I started at 216 and am at 197 now... I carry my weight well and no one believes how much I weigh because I have super buff legs!! Haha I think you will know once you're there. Same goes for me if I get to 150 and want to lose more I'll just keep going :)

I'm 5'5" and at 125lbs right now. Was 158lbs at my highest. I'm happy anywhere between 120-130. Depends on how you are built too I think. I'm curvy and any less than 120lbs and my body is unhappy with me.

    Photo of me at 130lbs.

I'm 5'4". I started at 151lbs and my first goal was 135 lbs. I have passed that and after seeing a lot of pics on here, I realized I could go further. Now my second (and I think final) goal is 125 lbs. I was 125 lbs when I graduated college 6 years ago and looking back, I think I looked great.

I'm 5'3", and my goal is 120ish. But I might want to make that a little higher in the end - I want to keep my legs thick. :)
