For example guilt, shame, embarrassment etc

And what do you do to get rid of it and make yourself feel better?

Just curious :)

Probablly guilt! And to deal with it i have to forgive myself and accept my downfalls and that things happen in sequences and not one person is ever really to blame xxx

mmm i would say shame....... worst form of embaressment

dont mind being embaressed if its something light hearted and funny. and am pretty ditzy so i get teased a lot because i come away with some one-liners

but when your embaressed about something bad, n know people are looking and talking about you, SHAME..,,, horrible

Anxiety is the worst for me. It can cause depression, stress and make my stomach hurt. Blah!

Unrequited Love - get past it & start again.

Grief - Never to have those moments again :(

Depression - How to learn it's not you, it's your brain!

To have loved someone, been together and then be left astray, with no reason, in silence. It kills.
