Wanting to lose weight, but likes the bigger guys...?

I agree with you. I like bigger men. I feel protect and they are great to snuggle with. A big bear of a guy is perfect for me.
Same here!0 -
agreed... I have had good sex either way.. But I felt protected and more secure around a bigger guy is my point. But I can agree
This last statement doesn't make sense to me. Though personal preference is fine.... a 200lb fat guy makes you feel more secure than a 200lb lean guy? Am I missing something?
Also a good point, I secure to me, like... A lot of people on here don't think I'm THICK, but my whole life I was made fun of for being thick. My ex of 7 years was buff and muscular and made fun of me for being a bit on the thick side. So mentally in my mind, I think that a lean guy is thinking i'm gross, to where the thicker guy is probably more acceptant of me. If that makes any sense. I meant secure with myself. I like guys either way. But I find that I chase the chubbier guys, They make me laugh, and make me feel "comfortable" in my own skin, compared to feeling a lean guy is thinking he would much rather be with Miss Im 118 pounds with 4% body fat..
I know I sound stupid, and probably ignorant. But, in my Case Every thin and buff guy has hurt me, and the bigger chubbier guys actually seemed to truly care and treat me better. Make sense?0 -
I'll make an exception for Adam Levine lol0
-
So I'm a thicker girl obviously... I work out eat healthy and am determined to lose weight and look and feel great. But, when the guys I like try to do the same thing I lose a bit of interest... I Think I'm a chubby chaser. Not like I like HUGE men that just don't care. But I like the thicker, more meat kind of guys. Is it just me? Is it weird?
I find it weird0 -
The only size that matters to me is not their height or weight LOL but seriously... I've dated all types. To me it is all about personality... a guy that can make me laugh is the one I'm looking for.0

beat the crap outta you:huh: ????
Yeah. It was an irish joke.
Missed it, eh?
I read this as "toss me around a little bit"...which is quite fun, actually.0 -
I like the op's tastes here, because I honestly don't think I would ever want to be under 200 lbs. At nearly 6'3 I'm aiming for 220, because darnit its awesome to be big!0
-
hmm. i dont think men are 'meant' to be meaty, just like i dont think 'all REAL women have curves'. everyone is built different, and by saying those things, you are ostrasizing those who are naturally skinny. it is in some men/women's genes to be slender, and that doesnt make them any less 'real'.
something ive always wanted to say.0 -
I find myself either attracted to guys who are much taller than me or have some meat on their bones. They just need to be bigger than me by height or girth. There is something to be said to some inate carnal need to feel protected. And being a tallish curvy girl what can I say? I like a guy that makes me feel little.0

Yeah.. Skinny guys suck at rough sex. Heheheheh (at least with me... I'm tuff! *puffs out chest*)0 -
I'm also a female who like a big guy, but to me, I happen to like both big muscular and big overall. Think the Rock, or Vin Diesel...I have a massive crush on those big bulky arms that make me drool....
I'm a chunky girl and have always preferred a bigger guy, partly to feel more secure and safe (I'm only 5 foot 2), but also because I think I would look ridiculous with a very slim guy who can wear MY pants and not the other way around!1 -

I just had a big rant about this earlier today!0 -
I just don't like twiggy guys- or short ones either *sorry*
I love them big, I love them happy fat, but not HUGEEE only reason is I feel as if their health will keep them from staying around a long time!
I love my MFP men friends too!0 -

Why the *kitten* were they not shirtless in Fast Five rolling around in the mud together?!?!?!
EXCUSE ME!!!
The only reason I rented that movie in the first place was to see them shirtless and preferable grappling together. F*cking Hollywood.0 -

My current boyfriend is a big, giant red-bearded viking. Mmmm...viking sex.
Om nom nom0 -
I can't relate. At all. Not even close. I tend to see more innards than outards. If your guy is getting into the eating and working out thing then yay. Just one more thing you two have in common.
Maybe you're insecure and worried if he gets all buff he'll bail on you? And if that's the case, if a guy gonna bail he's gonna bail no matter what he looks like. So....0 -
I get physical preferences...ok that's fine...some people like particular looks...but when you make generalizations like "chubby guys are/aren't better in bed" "muscular/skeletor guys are not as loving/caring as chubby guys" ....it's just idiotic. I'm sure I don't need to paint the picture any clearer by making a stereotype statement against women.
I agree, wholly.
In addition to not stereo-typing, I don't think we have to add pseudo-scientific sounding reasons onto it either. Some girls like bigger guys, some girls like smaller guys, some girls like taller guys, some girls like muscular guys etc. If you feel protected that way and feeling protected is something important to you, good for you, but there's no evolutionary reason for that, it's merely what you like.
I personally like thin guys who aren't a great deal taller than me. I don't like softness at all, but I also don't like huge muscle. If they weigh less than me, meh.
I don't need/want a protector or someone who's going to treat me like a princess. Neither do I want someone who's going to treat me like a servant. I want an equal partner who I can ski with, run with, swim with, debate with, learn with etc. and neither one of us is so much better than the other that it becomes not-so-fun for one person. I want an equal both mentally and physically, so him being close to my height and weight makes sense to me.
That's my preference though and I realise it's only my preference. I'm not going to say other women should feel the same way (for some biological reason) or stereotype guys who don't fall under that category.0 -

I have met Vin in real life and he is quite thick not so tight that you feel like you are talking to a walking bicep but a nice comfortable thick. but he is short! lol I was suprised! He was great tho! absolutley down to earth and a very cool guy to be around.0 -

Thin guys need not apply (unless they have a seriously awesome personality). I don't want to feel like I'm hugging my son. I won't rule anyone out, but I'm shallow enough to admit it would take a LOT of personality to overcome the Miss Piggy/Kermit the frog feeling.
The funny thing is, the "type" that's typically attracted to me are the long, thin, string-bean guys.0 -
Haha wow. This makes me laugh.
My husband is inches upon inches shorter then me and has a smaller ring size and smaller feet. He's much more "petite" then me and I look like Amazon woman next to him. I never wear heels because of it. THANKFULLY I weigh less then him and utilize a smaller clothing size. Still can be a bit of an issue when around people that think the girl is supposed to be weak and protected by some big guy. Oh well!
I guess I'm in the opposite ball park then. I LOVE my husband because he's small. He's not skinny by any means but he is small framed.0 -
Looking back on exes & crushes, they all had a few things in common, but nothing physical.
Me & my sisters we're raised to see inside the person's mind & soul ~ we honestly don't give a s**t about looks. Except for what their looks SAY about them. Calloused hands - works with his hands a lot, laugh lines - he laughs a lot (the more lines, the more attractive I find he is, *sigh* ), eyes that smile, crooked smile, "how'd he get that scar?" etc; tall, short, thin, husky, ...on the outside, all my exes & crushes lack things in common.
Give me a guy who can make me laugh (& knows how to make me go "tee-hee!" in more ways than one! ) & who knows how to make me FEEL a certain way... (Yay ) good g*d, the things I would do for him in return :smokin:
But that's just me

I love bigger guys, too. My partner is big and is also losing weight. He also happens to love the biiig girls. He's sad to see my wobbly, lumpy bits go but we love each other equally as much, whether we're full of rock-hard muscle or jiggly joo.0
