    I have had a great time on this journey and I'm so PROUD of myself the things I've done and learned. I have dedicated my life to health and fitness by becoming certified personal trainer, a specialist in fitness nutrition and starting my own health and fitness company SxyFit.

    In May 2011 I started and I weighed in at 180 pounds January 2012 I weighed in at 127 and I also took a break for two months Septemer-October 2011 maintaining 135. I wish you all the best keep in touch lets be friends.

    I worked out M-Sa 1-2 hours per day at home or in the gym, i run when its warm outside and bought dumbells and things to use at home I've never really used fitness DVD but I came across exercise tv on demand and I love it so I know DVDs work great. there are 1000s of exercises but I think the most important thing to do when doing any of them is going 100% mixing cardio and strength to get the max calorie burn.
