Sounds delicious. However, I am just a little concerned about the sodium content. 640 is a lot of sodium.
that comes with canned goods and the hidden valley ranch packet.. you could omit that and save a lot! to me, 640 is not too bad considering I am allowed 2500mg a day AND I drink no less than 128 oz of water a day.. it's 8am here and I've already had 8 glasses!0 -

I made this yesterday and OP is right -- it is SOOOOO good! The only thing I did differently was substitute 4 oz of regular cream cheese for the 8 oz of light/fat-free cream cheese. It was perfect. My recipe (with 28 oz of chicken) made 5 cups and came to 400 calories per 1 cup serving. One cup is definitely filling on its own but it leaves enough calories if you want to add something with it.0

OMG, that was amazing. Saw this post yesterday, made it today! The whole family enjoyed it with a side of fat free corn bread. What a great low-cal meal that we all can enjoy. It literally took me 5 minutes to prepare and then I just watched it all day, stirring a couple of times to make sure everything was mixing together.
