5'4 136lb's anyone similar?? whats your goals??

I'm 5'5" and currently at 137. My starting weight was 148 and my goal is 130 with good muscle definition.
In the past I have been a size 4 at 130-135 while strength training. I've been off the fitness wagon for a long stretch, but since January I have lost 8 pounds and regained a lot of strength. I aim for cardio 2-3x week and strength training 2-3x a week with yoga 1x week.
My ultimate goal is to make fitness a regular part of my life again and not just something I do when my jeans don't fit!! It's less about weight and more about being strong and feeling healthy.0
