    Today is day 3 for me and so far I'm loving it! I usually try to workout in the evening around 6.

    ah! hi! i just found this. i started this evening, day one down! definitely felt it in my arms... those 5lb weights get to feelin' REALLY heavy after a few reps! Friend me if you want someone to keep you motivated and accountable!

    I'm doing ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack......not on the same days.

    Ripped in 30 - today I did Week 2 Day 1.
    6 week 6 pack - I'm on level 2. I did level 1 for a week and moved on.

    I like these DVDs. Jillian does a zillion different exercises. No time to get bored. If you don't like one, it'll be over in a few minutes. I definitely see a difference in my body. Lost weight all over except my belly....the area I want to lose.

    Alright- getting ready to do week 3. I am nervous after the comments on here. I feel like I could do another day or 2 on level 2 but parts have gotten pretty easy and I am getting bored...we can't have that! Good luck!

    I just finished Day 6 of Level 1. My plan is the do the first two levels for 7 days each and the levels 3 and 4 for 8 days each. Tomorrow will be my last day of Level 1. I'm ready to move on.

    I am also doing 6 week 6 pack, when I get a chance. I am on level 2. I might just wait till I finish RI30 then do 6w6p at least 3 times per week.

    I am sore today after week 3 day 1. I am hoping I do better at it today. I felt a little lost at some points yesterday. The good news is after I do it today I only have 4 or 5 more times to do it!

    I am curious how the other person who did week 3 felt about it.

    I liked week 2 way better than week 1 and so far still liked it better than 3.

    I just ordered it this morning, so depending on how fast Amazon gets it here, I will be able to start. Started 30 Day Shred but got bored half way through. Not doing any other exercise at the moment except yoga 2x a week.

    On day 7 of 30ds, watched some Youtube videos of ripped in 30 last night, might try that or 6 weeks to 6 pack.

    Day 2 week 3 done. I dont feel like I got as good of a workout out of it as week 2. I think it's so hard for me because I have a really hard time lifting my own body weight. Which she does a ton of. Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be better.

    Today was supposed to be Level 1 Day 7 but I couldn't fit a workout in. Will do it tomorrow, and move on the level 2 on Friday.
