    I talk myself out of hopping on the scale every single morning. I've actually started pounding a big glass of water as soon as I wake up so that I won't get on there. (I weigh myself on an empty stomach)

    I'm trying to make myself only weigh in once a week though.

    Hardly ever! I don't own a scale... I don't want to. It helps me gauge myself on how I feel, not a number. I weight myself at the gym if I feel there's been a significant change in my weight that can't be accounted for by some other reason. Other than that, I weigh myself every 3-4 weeks, just to keep an idea.

    Several times a day. :\ I know that's obsessive but I can't help it. I only "officially" log the weight every Monday though.
