Okay, so I'm almost at the end of my calories for the day, and I'm hungry. I messed up with the cheese slices, too little for too much calories, and the egg wasn't that great either for my calories worth. I'm going to end up going over my calories but at least I will still be eating healthy!0

I did this the monday after Christmas and it was awesome.
I am now on day 2 level 20 of the 30 day shred. I will also be starting to train for my first 5K in a little over a week.0 -

try keeping iced water in a beautiful insulated cup just for you! I've been doing this for a couple days and it works! my water intake increased and the iced water actually encourages burning of calories!0
