I'm not into eating many snacks between meals but will need to start doing that to keep my calories up. I just found this list of 100 Healthy snacks that I thought I'd share.

***Air-popped popcorn, plain. Technically that's a veggie I suppose!
The BEST foods are veggies first then fruit. Don't let the industrial food complex brainwashers fool ya!

Trader Joe's Fiberful Rolled Oats & Chocolate Chip Granola Bar! It looks small, but at only 120 calories & 9 grams of fiber, it packs a wallop! (And it tastes like you're eating CANDY!!)
And only 6 grams of sugar! Love those TJ's bars!
Other favorites: Thomas' Multigrain English muffins (100 cals, 8g fiber!) w/ Smart Balance Olive Oil spread, raw almonds, trail mix (all unsalted nuts, sometimes with raisins), 100 calorie packs (most varieties) to satisfy sweet or salty cravings without the binge factor0 -

For the protein junkies: 1 cup of fat free plain yogurt (or greek yogurt) + 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (e.g. vanilla or strawberry) + some frozen berries. Put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour for some poor-man's 'frozen yogurt'. Has about 250 cal altogether, so not totally low calorie, but you can always half the portion.
Edit: Frozen berries, as small as they are, I guess are still fuits You can remove them just fine for the not-so-fancy recipe: 1 cup of yogurt + 1 scoop of protein powder.0 -
