    Unsalted sunflower kernels

LOVE these in ALL my salads. No need for bread or croutons. Gives you that added crunch :-)

Ok, so a few things I LOVE to snack on...
a jack links beef steak and reduced fat string cheese
    marshmellows(they have different flavors)
veggie straws(37 of them are a serving)
1/2 a serving of cheese puffs
if I'm doing something a little sassy...

    18 sweet tart hearts
    25 reeses pieces
    23 almond joy bites
    lime cactus michalob(95 calories)

In my opinion, if you can't have fun with this, then what's the point? It's all about portion control, because if you want to be successful in maintainence, you need to learn the portions of the foods you're going to want or crave later
