Honey on toasted whole wheat bread. This has been my favorite since I was a kid.

Banana shake (banana + milk only, no sugar or any other ingredient)

Tablespoon of honey with 2 roasted almonds. My mom used to make us kids eat it when we were little for brain power (from almonds) and to raise our immunity system (via honey). Who knew healthy food could be so delicious!
  • Yoghurt, peanut butter and chocolate (just 1 piece though :D)
  • Homemade popcorn not out of a bag mmmmm I if good allow myself a low cal beer

Sunflower Seeds. There are so many yummy flavors too - bacon, dill, ranch, sweet chili, Italian... Thank God I have naturally low blood pressure and my physician doesn't discourage salt.

I've snacked on nori chips. It's what seaweed is wrapped in but toasted. I's slightly salty, crispy and available in hot Wasabi mustard flavor. I think it's Chung brand. You could make it at home if you purchase a pkg of sheets and hold one over a low-medium flame.

Greek yogurt with fruit. I LOVE it, and it keeps me full for a while.

Oh, but that has fruit, haha. Well, the Greek yogurt can go with other things, too. I also put some cereal with it, because I like cereal with yogurt better than I do milk.

    Those 100 calorie snack packs.

Yes they're tiny, yes they're empty calories, but sometimes a little something sweet is all you need to satisfy the urge before you binge.
