    I was 19, he was 21 in 1980. We met in May, started dating in July, eloped in Oct. - so that's 3 months of dating but he proposed after 2 months.
    We have been HAPPILY married 31 yrs..... :love:

    We did it assbackward. Me and my hubby met 17 years ago. We lived together and had 3 children then finally got married 6 years ago. We were never formally engaged and we will likely never divorce....we've been through way too much for that. :)

    We were engaged when she was 19 and I was 20. We had been together for 1 year and 9 months when we got engaged. We were engaged for 9 months and have been married now for 17 years..

    I was 19, he was 25 when we got engaged, married one year later, had been going out for about a year before we got engaged.

    Will celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary in April this year, so we have been together for a very happy 30 years.

    We met Jan 7th 1994, got engaged in March 1994, married April 1994. still married. This will be 18 Years this April.

    I was 21 he was 25.

    I was 23 when we got engaged. We had been together for 3.5 years or so. I was 25 when we got married. We are still together; we've been married for about 6 months now.

    My husband was 29 when we got engaged, and 30 (just barely not 31) when we got married.

    Engaged (about a year and 4 months later): I was 24 and he was 25
    Married (10 months later): I was 25 and he was 26

    Been married for 7 years now and had our first child 2 years ago. Hoping for a second child in another year or two.

    I was 21 he was 24 when we got engaged. We had been together for 5years by the time we got engaged. When we got married I was 23 he was 26. We are still together and have been married for 10 years and 10 1/2 months.

    We were both 21 when we got engaged. We had been dating for 2 years before that. We were 23 when we got married. This May will be our 5 year anniversary.
