Hey MFP!
I feel like I post a lot of success posts. But I think I need encouragement as the last few weeks have been rough on me.
I've gone down from 170lbs to 147lbs over the last 6-7 months, and it's been a hell of a journey. My goal is to be 135 lbs, but I don't know if it's even attainable, really.
In your own opinion, do you think that I should go on to maintaining rather than losing, or press on to 135? (12 more lbs)
My starting measurements:
Bust: 36
Waist: 37"
Hips: 41.5"
Thigh: 23.5"
Weight: 170
Now:
Bust: 34
Waist: 28"
Hips: 36"
Thigh: 22.5"
Weight: 147
Images:
Back Then
Throughout this journey
My face has changed a lot..
Size 9 to a size 4
And my MOST CURRENT. I'm so embarrassed to show this.. but I didn't have a bikini

You are such an inspiration! Don't stop, you have made it so far and your goals ARE attainable. You are at most people's GOAL now, so many people (including myself) would love to be as fit as you. Keep going!0

I can see why you are embarrassed by that last photo. I mean just look at that awful yellow circle over your panties. LOL, The rest of that picture is great though. REALLY GOOD JOB.0

Great job!! I would say maintain. You look awesome!0

I think you look amazing and went a long way. Seriously well done
In my opinion you look so hot and fit the way you are now but if you wanted you could loss a couple of pounds on your hips. Or you can keep the same weight but do some toning by working out. But you should definitely be proud of how you look now, Cheers0 -

Congrats you look amazing. IMHO, I don't think you need to lose any more weight. I'd say to start maintaining & toning up. Great job girl. You should be proud.0

I'm not a doctor, but in the last photo I think I see cancer. It looks like a giant yellow circle if you look close.
You are a super star. You should be so proud of all that you've accomplished.0 -
If I looked that good, I would BUY a bikini and wear it around TOWN. You look super - I would maintain.0

I think you look awesome!!
I don't think you "need" to work on losing any weight, but that's your own decision. You could hit maintenance for a month or two, see how you feel and then re-assess. IMO you look great and you could just continue on with the lifestyle, some people say that they lose a few more lbs when they first enter maintenance, so who knows?? In a week/month/6months/year you may want to continue but you could just make fitness goals and see where your body ends up being happy!0 -
You look amazing! I think toning is all you need from here on out!0

Hi! I think you look amazing and you have done really well. I too am 5ft 7 and my goal is 150. I know I could go down to 140 but I don't think I would be able to happily maintain it. Why not try for 140 instead of 135 and then you can play around that area and maybe it would be easier to maintain than the 135? At the end of the day only YOU know when you are happy and you will stop when you want to. Good luck0

You look awesome! Congrats! Starting at the same weight point and my goal being 135 too - I say keep pushing on, but honestly by your photos, it doesn't look like you need to! You are a hottie! Way to go!0

you look great. work on toning and maintennance. For me,i am focussing on a BMI goal of 23. Not quite sure what weight that will be. Congrats on your success thus far0
-
wonderful.... you look amazing. keep up the good work0

Congrats! You have done a great job... I would probably work on figuring out the right calories for maintenance for yourself. You look great, as is. I'm not sure but it may take a little tweaking to get maintenance right... You may end up still dropping some weight while not even trying.0

You have every right to post success pics, you look amazing!0

I think you look fan-freakin-tastic and can't imagine where another 12 pounds could possibly come from, unless you were thinking of cutting off an arm.0
