You look great! All your hard work is certainly paying off. You need to go buy yourself a bikini asap!0
-
all of these amazing stories make me so proud of everyone but so scared that i cant do it... idk if my body will change like that...0
-
I love your waistline and thighs, so sexy.
You have to know what's the ideal weight for your height, you have to compute your BMI too, such that you'll know if you will lose weight or maintain it.
By the way, it's time for you to wear a bikini, you deserve that girl.
Drop me a message if you need help computing for your BMI, just send me your height. then that's it. And if you like me to buy you a bikini then I'll be more grateful to do that too.0 -
Your face did change a bit!
Honey, you look lovely! And tons of people do the bra/undies pic when they dont have a bikini anyway so no worries!
Great transformation, you look amazing, and you're beautiful!0 -
I think you look amazing.. why do you feel you need to go down to 135?? If you are strong and fit does it really matter? My goal weight is 165.. I am 5' 8"... I don't want to look like a stick, I want to be fit! Great job so far! Just maintain!!0

Hi! I think you look amazing and you have done really well. I too am 5ft 7 and my goal is 150. I know I could go down to 140 but I don't think I would be able to happily maintain it. Why not try for 140 instead of 135 and then you can play around that area and maybe it would be easier to maintain than the 135? At the end of the day only YOU know when you are happy and you will stop when you want to. Good luck

I think you look fit and healthy! Beautiful smile by the way!0
-
If I looked that good, I would BUY a bikini and wear it around TOWN. You look super - I would maintain.
^^^^ Hahaha excellent
Personally I think you look really great and should be VERY proud. But I don't think you should care/worry about what other people think of your size. It's your body and your life and the only person you need to make happy is you.0 -
you look amazing!0
-
I think you look great the way you are now...even the middle pictures! I would definitely say start working on maintaining and work on toning your muscles more if you still want goals to work towards...Nice Work!!0

I just sent you a friend request - we are weight loss twins!! I am also 5'7 (and a half), started at about 170, and have lost 22 lbs! My ultimate goal is 130 but I'll be happy at 135.
You look GREAT and are an inspiration - congrats on all of your hard work really paying off!0 -
press on.
you could easily get down to a 26" waist.
How tall are you? Im sorry if this is in on of the comments, but I read your post, not the comments.
Only you know if you CAN or SHOULD lose more, but I think you can totally keep going and practice maintaining at the same time.0 -
oh! 5'7"?
yeah you can keep going. I'm 5'10 and 140 is my goal.0 -
you look amazing!!! I think you should be SUPER STOKED, keep trying but work on maintaining!!! GREAT JOB!0
-
You look great! It was so encouraging for me to see your journey. Thank you for sharing. I do agree with some of the other posts about working on maintaining your weight and toning, but you look awesome though. How tall are you BTW?0

WOW!! You look great!! Thanks for sharing.0

INCREDIBLE JOB! What an inspiration!0
-
Wow...you're amazing!!!0

You shouldn't feel embarrassed about that last pic. YOU LOOK AMAZING!!
I think you look great as is. If you feel like you want to lose a little more, I see no harm in it. Or, if you want to stay where you are, go for it, too. Either way you look really great!0 -
I think you look absolutely gorgeous!!!! Good for you!!!0

Hey MFP!
I feel like I post a lot of success posts. But I think I need encouragement as the last few weeks have been rough on me.
I've gone down from 170lbs to 147lbs over the last 6-7 months, and it's been a hell of a journey. My goal is to be 135 lbs, but I don't know if it's even attainable, really.
In your own opinion, do you think that I should go on to maintaining rather than losing, or press on to 135? (12 more lbs)
My starting measurements:
Bust: 36
Waist: 37"
Hips: 41.5"
Thigh: 23.5"
Weight: 170
Now:
Bust: 34
Waist: 28"
Hips: 36"
Thigh: 22.5"
Weight: 147
Images:
Back Then
Throughout this journey
My face has changed a lot..
Size 9 to a size 4
And my MOST CURRENT. I'm so embarrassed to show this.. but I didn't have a bikini
sorry i don't see anything, did you post photos?
ohhhhh... photobucket. Yeah work blocks that kinda stuff0 -
I think you are at the stage where you can stop using the scale as a metric and focus on using your measurements to track your progress. (You look great!)
Keep up with strength training, etc until you look the way you want.0 -
I think you look great! You should start maintaining and toning. I hope I be as successful as you.0
-
You should be very proud of yourself, thus far. :flowerforyou: However, my question is...what was your goal set from the beginning. Hahahaha. I guess you would probably say the 135 lbs. was the final goal. Sooooo, is it safe to say that you're not there yet. I laugh because I know that's not want you want to hear. I'm playing devil's advocate. I really do understand how you feel. So close but yet still far away. You do look amazing. But like the lady stated earlier...go by you BMI.
As for me, I'll be so happy to see 170 lbs. Oh yeah...we're not talking about me. Hahaha. :ohwell:
Nice job!

I think this is a prime example of muscle weighs more than fat. We are the same height and the same weight, and I wear a size 8-10, and look NO WHERE near as amazing as you, I have flab bouncing around everywhere. It set my goal for 130, but looking at your pictures I may need to adjust that and focus more on tone. Amazing job!!0
-
You look absolutely perfect. Well-toned, lovely waist and good boobs! But I'm sure I'm not your target demographic :-)0
-
First of all - great job! My only suggestion is (if you haven't done so already). Get your body fat percentage tested. If you have a lower body fat percentage you are going to weigh more because you have more muscle. Then you could base your weight loss goals off of your body fat percentage, not just an arbitrary "I want to lose 10 pounds." The last thing you want to do is lose muscle mass! I had in my mind that I wanted to weigh 125 pounds (I'm currently maintaining at 135). I got my body fat tested and I am at 21.2% (I'm 37 years old). That percentage is at the high end of the "lean range" right before you get to the "ideal" range. When I found that out I decided that I was finished losing weight because any more weight that I would lose would likely be muscle mass. You look amazing and have obviously worked very hard. Keep up the good work!0
-
Absolutely Fab! Its good for me to see this... I'm 5'4" and I started at 171 size 15/16 Jan 2011 And now 145 size 6,7,8 (depending on brand) My goal weight was 135... But gosh... is it really needed? That 135? I don't think so now that you posted this. We are not exactly the same but, from the way you looked in your start and end photos.. Again It just proves to me, its not about the number. You look strong, and definately fit.. And this helps me not focus on that number anymore... I think you look great, and would proudly be maintained just the way you are. You look strong, curvy, and fit.
Congradulations, your work has paid off.0 -
dang, i want to go from size 9 to size 4 too! congrats!0
