Is there anyone that eats more than 1200 calories a day??

    I eat around 1880 a day. I don't eat my exercise calories back and I am losing about a pond a week. I try to low the calories and didn't lose anything . MFP tells me I should eat 1560 a day this wouldn't work for me. My exercise is walking with a HM. at least 5 days a week and sometimes 6 days.

    I eat between 1900-2500 depending on how much I'm exercising. I do eat those exercise calories, as I'm finding I get cranky if I don't. This may change down the line as I'm only a few weeks in, but I'm losing a little more than a pound a week and I'm happy with that.

    I was at 1650 (recommended by MFP) until I reached my weight goal of 60.3 kg; so then I set my profile to "maintain weight", when MFP recommended I start eating 1930 cal. But after a week of doing this with the same workout level, I have gained 2 pounds, so I'm back to my previous 1650 - which seems better for me.

    Unless you ate 7000 over maintenance in that week then don't worry about it.

    Normally I eat 2000 calories daily - viva la food! :drinker:

    I do now! started off there but since I'm only 2.5 lbs from goal I've started slowly increasing by 50 cal a week. Currently at 1300..and maintenance should be about 1550
