What's your food weakness?

I think we probably all have that food, or two, or several, that are our weakness! It makes it SO hard to resist.
Mine is definitely malts. Maltballs, or legit malts, doesn't matter. The ones from Johnny Rockets are good. Banana chocolate, or peanut butter chocolate, malts are just the best. AHHH!!!

Pretty much any cookie or brownie. Chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough brownies, specifically. Heck, Chocolate chip cookie dough is my ultimate weakness.0

chocolate anything. cookies. cake. brownies. plain chocolate.
I've been eating chocolate zucchini muffins that have no fat and that seems to satisfy my sweet tooth a little. (except when I eat two of them.)0 -

Cake......and Brownies.....and some kinds of cookies......... ice cream.....peanut butter.......I eat peanut butter by the spoonfull, so on days I work out extra hard I get to have my peanut butter! My employer was ordering ice cream for everyone today and I wasn't even tempted!!!!0

I'm a salt-craver... I never crave sweets & have no trouble saying no to them. But put a bag of chips, or a loaf of bread or a slice of pizza in front of me and I have NO self control. It's bad news bears.0

And spaghetti
Spaghetti used to be a big one for me!! Then I discovered a vegetable spiralizer & brown rice spaghetti. I mix a cup of brown rice spaghetti with a few cups of spiralized veggies (usually zucchini) and top with pasta sauce. Totally fixes my spaghetti needs! Spaghetti squash is totally great mixed with noodles too.0 -

Fresh loaf bread and cheese balls... I tied cutting carbs way back, but it's like am addicted I crave them so bad and then I over indulge. I eat alot of the same foods I always did I find moderation leads to slower loss, but there is progress and learning to make thoughtful and better choices.0

Probably like pasta, or frozen burritos or stouffers mac and cheese, and rice. Anyting Thai. I'm not much a sweets person as a carb person! After I cut down white rice and carbs, and ate whole wheat, I lost 7 lbs in a month.0

Chocolate and granola. ESPECIALLY granola with either full fat yoghurt, or soy milk. Though in saying that, I can easily live without them. It's just once I pop, I can't stop!

mine isn't a food, so much as it is eating out. i LOVE trying new restaurants. we end up eating out twice to four times a week.0

Oh wow, too many to mention...
Macaroni & Cheese (Baked, not box variety), Pizza, French Fries, pretty much any comfort or junk food.0 -
Peanut butter toast and reese's peanut butter cups. I have no self control over either!0

Cadbury creme eggs. And of course Easter's coming up, so I see them all over the place.0

Chips. I normally can stand not eating them, but if I'm watching TV with my family or bf, and they are munching, I start eating a bit, and then before I know it, I can't seem to stop.0

All food sadly. I just love food. So now, I am careful about how much I eat.0
