Mine is beef jerky.. not the slim-jims, real beef jerky. If I don't portion out each serving in ziploc baggies, I will eat the whole bag... not even joking!

Thankfully I can turn down chocolate and don't crave it ...

Cakes, pizza, biscuits, Indian and Chinese food are a different matter however ;):(

My weakness is PIZZA & DARK CHOCOLATE!!!

I have compromised with myself & now have veggie pizza & dark chocolate covered raisins. I tell myself it's not as bad because they are the heathier versions ~ lol

Wheat Thins, Cheddar Chex Mix, Combos, M&M trail mix, pringles, kettle-cooked salt and vinegar chips, wasabi and toasted salted almonds, Burger King french fries... salty food always.

Also, rigatoni, ravioli, stuffed shells... pasta with ricotta in general. Unf, I'm hungry now.
  • peanut butter. i'll finish off a small jar in a week. There's like 12 servings in there!

Macaroni and Cheese. Not the ooey gooey melty made at home kind, I can portion control that cuz it's so rich, but for some reason boxed mac and cheese is a really big weakness.

Of course the usual sweet tooth things, but I have been doing amazingly well at satisfying those cravings with lower calorie stuff, yet somehow, I just ate like 600 calories worth of mac and cheese. looks like I'm not taking tonight off from working out!!! lol

I'm also a carb-a-holic. It's a real problem. Maybe that's the thing with mac and cheese lol

Many many foods! Usually with a high fat/high sugar content. When I buy a pack of anything I usually end up eating the whole pack.
