hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
oh.... you're not joking. I used to rollerblade as a kid. I would DIE now. Kinda like riding a bike, yea you never forget, but it doesn't mean it doesn't hurt like a mofo!0 -
Why do you hate running?
Actually I used to hate it! Now im really getting into it. I did my first 5k last year just to challenge myself, now I'm signed up for a 10k.
Try kickboxing at a real boxing club! Its a brutal work out.. You'll never sweat so hard in your life.0 -
Treadmill while watching my fav. TV show on my iPod. Cannot stand running.0
-
I hate it but I do it. Id rather roller blade or ice skate. I am going to venture onto an elliptical machine. they look scary though. LOL0
-
I would rather do squats and lunges... and I hate squats and lunges....
For cardio, I find anything that will give me a dance workout... I love, love, love to dance.0 -
I like running. But you can try complexes which are good for muscles and cardio.0
-
I hate it too! Hurts my knees and it's just...well...boring. Especially running on a treadmill. I'd much rather be on an eliptical.0

what's not to hate? You have to wear tennis shoes, I have to strap down my boobs with duct tape and tight bras so my boobies don't bounce all over the place (ok, not duct tape, but you get the point) people drive by you and see your red, sweaty face and giggling body, you run and run and run and end up where you started.... IDK I just hate it0 -
I would run only if my life depended on it
But I do like jump-rope.0 -
I don't hate it, my body does.
Therefore it is the evilness of other machines to kill me off.
Helps that I can't run/walk/think in a straight line so the treadmill is my enemy.0 -
I also hate running, even if it is on a treadmill watching a tv show or running outside.
Therefore, I don't do it. I get my cardio in by playing tennis, going for leisurely bike rides or hiking.0 -
I love running, but if you want something will feel like cardio then do crossfit. You will be panting by the end, that is if you push yourself.0
-
I used to hate it too but I'm kinda learning to like it ever since starting c25k. I actually look forward to it these days. Go figure.0

I love running but if you don't have you tried cycling or swimming?

I bought a bike last summer, and I love riding bike now. I'm waiting for the weather to get a bit nicer here and then I will be out and about again. :-)0

I have a love/hate relationship with running. It's my main source for cardio, but there are days when I absolutely despise putting on my running shoes, ugh. The benefits far outweigh the negatives (there are hardly any).
You could try exercise DVDs. A lot of people seem to be a fan of the 30 Day Shred, anything involving Jillian Michaels, P90x, Insanity, Zumba, etc.
There's also classes you could take at a local community center or gym such as yoga, pilates, kickboxing, dancing, amongst others. If you can get to a gym they usually have ellipticals, stair masters, stationary bicycles, arc trainers, etc.
There's also swimming, jump rope, bicycling, hiking, rowing, rock climbing, etc.
I hope some of these ideas pique your interest : )0 -

I was the same way! I was in the Army and I HATED running. Now that I'm out I find I really enjoy it, but it's because I can run at my own pace, when I want to and nobody is yelling at me to run farther or faster. It took me TWO YEARS to get off my *kitten* after I got out. I refused to ever do a pushup again or even think about running, but hey that really wasn't working out for me.
Elliptical is a good option, a lot less impact and you can distract yourself with some TV or music.0 -
I love running! haha.
Have you tried hiking, cycling, roller blading, or just walking?
If you want something inside I would recommend stationary bike or elliptical.
If you hate running because of people seeing you, try inside! I do both, but when I run inside I put on an intense TV show and I'm distracted the whole time!0 -

more or less talking aching muscles pain! lol0 -
I LOVE exercising and doing very high intensive cardio but I've never enjoyed running. Try Kickboxing or HIIT (Circuit Trainings) if you want to do anaerobic exercises. I really "hate" running but I've always wanted to run a marathon so I signed up for a half marathon and am now training for it! Let's see if I learn to love it.0

I love rollerblading. SO much!0 -

I actually really like jump roping!0 -
I do walking, cycling, swimming, and ski machine. Just don't like to run.0

Depends on the day.0

I'm not particularly fond of it, but I do it anyway. It's really hard, but It's a good calorie burn, and I hate the feeling that I *can't* do something, so when I find something really challenging I push myself to do it even if I don't like it.0
