Got in a 2.5 mile beach walk yesterday, then today did a 2.5 beach again and a 3 mile run / walk. So this brings me to 31 / 75. I am almost caught up!0

My wedding is coming up on 1st of September. Trying to shed 5kg to fit into my dress and look fabulous :-)
I wouldn't do it without going to the gym. Its not enough just to fit into your daily calorie intake, you must move!
Pushing myself to go and work hard in split 40/20- 40 mins cardio (running/cross trainer/bike) and 20 mins strenght exercises (abdominal - sit ups/weights, but small with high repetition).
Usually I run 3 - 4 km and then 20min on cross trainer.
I am taking 2 termoball pills (20 mins before exercise) that help me sweat much more and also using neoprene belt (get it in Argos) around my tummy/waist.
I get soooo sweaty.0 -

more tonight watching biggest loser on the treadmill - pushing for 5-6 more...
