3 miles of walking in a very tiny midwestern town in the middle of nowhere. This town is about 3 blocks by 5 blocks--literally. I got very frustrated because I kept ending up on dead ends. There is a hardware store, a small grocery store, a school, and the hotel I'm staying in. I think the only reason the hotel is here is because the town is right on Interstate 80. I'm here to visit my parents, who live in an equally small town about 20 miles from here--where there is no hotel.
The best bakery I have ever had the pleasure to patronize is about 8 miles from here. I am not hoping for any weight loss on this trip but, rather, hoping I will at least not gain.

Thank you guys SO much!!! I will definitely raise my miles for next month I really thought 130 was way out of my league LOL, I just feel so great and am loving this challenge! I'm going to see how far I can go, so I can challenge myself next month. And I get up thinking about my miles! Love it!

But where is Carlton anyway? We haven't seen him around here for a few days... I guess weather is so nice on the island that he just doesn't have the time for us!
