Did a great HIIT routine this morning on my 3 mile route so I'm now at 11.5 / 750

3-1= 0 miles
3-2= 14.50 miles bike
3-3= 8 miles bike+3 miles treadmill +3.50 elliptical
3-4 =2 miles elliptical +2 miles bike
3-5 =15.75 miles bike
3-6 = 12.5 miles bike
3-7 = 2 miles walking + 7 miles bike
Total: 70.25
I really needed this challenge, I have been really struggling with the scale. It is currently STUCK, so this was good timing to focus on something else.
And I feel great!!
