Today was a planned "easy" day, but with my legs still burning from HIIT last night, I took it really easy - walked 1.5 miles.

Pouring rain outside today, so I made good use of my gym membership and ran 6.27 miles on the treadmill today.
    bigsmile:

AND it was also my first visit at a gym... ever. I think I'll like it.

Well I'm a bit late to the party this month, but I'm just back to exercising after an ankle arthroscopy 2 weeks ago. I'm setting myself a very low goal this month, but something is better than nothing :)

March 13: 2 miles (Leslie Sansone)
    March 14: 3 miles (elliptical)
    March 15: 5.5 miles (elliptical)

Welcome back!!! I hope the surgery went well!!! Set that goal but do not overdo it ok? and yes something IS better than nothing!! Best wishes on a FULL recovery!!

Thanks for your good wishes :flowerforyou:

I am taking it easy just cruising on the elliptical mostly as it's low impact

Ran 6K this evening and I'm on track

I was wondering, does anyone ever check the spreadsheet ??? In case you don't, let me tell you that we're approaching the 3,000 mile mark, thinktank and breezedew have already reached their goals, 5 others are in the Carlton league with over 100 miles under their belts, we have people who completed half-marathons and other heroics etc. Only statistic that gets on my nerves is the 53 people who joined and promptly disappeared without moving a single yard :explode:

@Dinos: I also take a look at it, and yes, I did notice all those people that said they were in but were not moving in the challenge... Too bad, because IMO challenging yourself is the best challenge you can do.

Hi All! Great moving, all of you! You inspire AND humble me, and it's great to be a part of this!

I'm home from my "vacation." Walked the crazy dog today and did C25K for a total of 5 miles. Not quite back in my routine yet, but I'm on track to make my goal for the month.

@Dinos: I *do* look at the spreadsheet. Thanks for all the work you do tracking us.
