  • Also if you have Netflix, there are some great workout shows in there, and if you can afford a small amount, go and get your a small trampoline and hand weights, both are pretty inexpensive and you can stash away when finished. Good Luck!!! If you can get out of your house there is nothing like walking outside, grab you pedometer and if you can get a heart monitor you would be surprised to see how much more in shape you can get in just by walking and pushing yourself to a faster walk each time.

    HERE REVIEW THIS WEBSITE IT EVEN HAS VIDS ON HOW TO PERFORM EACH WORKOUT. AND IF U DONT HAVE NE EQUIPMENT AT ALL THEN LOOK AT THE BODY WEIGHT SECTION. HOPE THIS HELPS!! THESE ARE ALL THE WORKOUTS I USE...

    Well I'm a bit late to the party this month, but I'm just back to exercising after an ankle arthroscopy 2 weeks ago. I'm setting myself a very low goal this month, but something is better than nothing :)

    March 13: 2 miles (Leslie Sansone)
    March 14: 3 miles (elliptical)
    March 15: 5.5 miles (elliptical)

    Welcome back!!! I hope the surgery went well!!! Set that goal but do not overdo it ok? and yes something IS better than nothing!! Best wishes on a FULL recovery!!

    WOW!!! I'm SHOCKED!!!! I did it!!!!I think I'll see how far I can get, maybe double it!!

    3-1= 0 miles
    3-2= 14.50 miles bike
    3-3= 8.0 miles bike+3 miles treadmill +3.50 elliptical
    3-4 = 2.0 miles elliptical +2 miles bike
    3-5 =15.75 miles bike
    3-6 = 12.5 miles bike
    3-7 = 2.0 miles walking + 7 miles bike
    3-8 = 0 miles
    3-9 = 0 miles
    3-10= 17.8 miles
    3-11= 7.25 miles bike 2 miles walking (9.5 total)
    3-12= 9.0 miles
    3-13= 12.5 miles bike + 1 mile walking
    3-14= 2.0 mile walk
    3-15= 2.0 mile walk 7.52 bike!!!!

    Total: 131.57 miles

    How to join the challenge? I know March is 1/2 done but am interested in participating. Walked 4 1/2 miles today. Biked 13 and 18 miles earlier in the week.

    I got in only 3 miles tonite pushing my 5 yr old GS in the baby jogger! Gosh he IS getting heavy!!!

    The weather has been horrible all this week! Rain and wind = nasty weather! Been running on the treadmill this week. Hopefully next week, the weather will be better.
