    Back to the normal routine as it is a bit cold in Madrid. Just finished 9.88 miles on the eliptical machine!

    8.3 miles walking today--4 miles with the dog, 4.3 without (walking home from the auto mechanic's).

    There is a whole lot of AWESOMENESS going on with this thread besides all the @ss moving and I am proud of ya!! Good job!


    Just an update with my miles. I had to go away from home to the city (lot's of traveling) and just got home tonite so my miles for the last two days was only 6 from the bike! I also got in my lifting workout too!!

    Interval training this morning on 3 miles in 33 minutes... not bad! But I think I'll miss winter... I was soaking wet when I came back, and it was only 5C outside!!!! :indifferent: :sick:
