I awoke with a flu bug this morning:sick:! I made it through work with a very achey body, took a short nap when I got home and then took my furry kids for a 3 mile walk! Thank goodness tomorrow is FRIDAY!!

Long day. Bad day. While I really needed to have a hard, sweaty workout, I ended up just being able to squeeze in a two-mile walk with the crazy dog, who caught a big, fat rodent a mile from home and--no matter what I did--wouldn't drop it. He carried it all the way home, where I called in reinforcements. (Crazy dog thought he'd just be bringing it in the house with us.)
