    Perfect running weather so RUN I did, for 4.5 miles and I walked.5 miles!!! Some people feel like dancing sometimes well I feel like running sometimes!:wink:

    Thank you for the encourgement!! you are so right....walking 2.25 miles is way better than I would have done a year and a half ago!! :)

    First time riding without hubby. Hubby's best friend invited me to ride with him after work. I did 15 miles thanks to the new time! It was a treacherous climb up and over a bridge! I'm up to 89 miles?! Arbitrary number!

    I was hoping as I ran that I would not regret it this morning but it feels ok (so far)! I was thinking of you as I ran, having a broken leg. My route is rural too and I'd have to crawl or sit and wait for help!! Sorry you had to endure that!! Have a great day today!!!
